I have been married to my loving wife (Carole) sixteen years this past Valentine's Day and in the process have gained about ten
pounds that were unintentional. The main reason is due to great food that she brought into my daily life. Some of the dishes she
prepares are so good that I continue eating even though I know I should stop! There are certain foods that I never ate and don't
particularly like now, but when she fixes them I can't help myself....they taste great....though I hate to admit it! Our family and
friends always want her to fix these and/or the recipes so I figured the rest of the world might enjoy a few great dishes also. I've
coaxed her into publishing six (6) of her most asked for dishes together. They are as follows:
