Weather: 80 degrees, 88%, SSE5 m.p.h., Heat Index 77 degrees (heat index at 10 a.m.!)
After a 45 minute wait in the sun for the reserve police runners met one of the hottest CTC races in
recent memory. Most runners had to rethink their paces to finish on their feet (one needed medical
care). Team Nice Ass made the long wait worthwhile and helped runners get their minds off of
dead animals on the road. Post race party included sandwiches, cookies, fruit, Elmer's, drinks and
beer (ran out too soon!) Hopefully next year it'll start an hour earlier and TNA will bring even more
runners.
